ORDERS & SHIPPING

We try to offer competitive and fair shipping rates starting at around $5.99 per case depending on destination. Unfortunately the cost of shipping has continually gone up forcing us to adjust pricing.

At this stage, unfortunately we cannot accept returns for either opened or unopened shipments. They can make a great gift though! If your product arrived damaged or was the wrong flavor, please contact letstalk@allphenoms.com within 5 days of delivery and our customer support team would be happy to assist you.

All subscription cancellations and changes must be placed 5 days in advance of the shipping date. The execution date of the order is based on the day when the original order was placed. If a cancellation order is received fewer than 5 days from the ship date, you will receive your shipment and will be charged for the order and the cancellation will go into effect for the following order. Subscribers can cancel active recurring orders via Recharge or email to letstalk@allphenoms.com.
